SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
GENERAL TERMS
This policy outlines the terms related to shipping, returns, and refunds for all products purchased from our store.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Our products are made to order and often personalized, which means they are produced specifically according to customer requests.
As such, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons not related to production errors or damage during shipping.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed.
Processing time may take 3–7 business days, depending on order volume and product type.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination, and selected shipping method.
Transit delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Depending on the case, we will:

Send a replacement item at no cost, or

Issue a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
 
We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate after reviewing the evidence provided.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns and refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged during shipping, or due to a production error.
Non-personalized products may also be eligible for return if unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that because many of our products are personalized and made to order, returns for reasons such as incorrect text, size, or color chosen by the customer cannot be accepted.
Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases where Shejakim Art is at fault (e.g., incorrect production or damage during delivery).
Return window: 15 days from the delivery date.
Return method: By mail only.
Product condition accepted: New and unused.
Restocking fee: No cost.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of proven production error or shipping damage.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once a personalized product enters production, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund eligibility.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at sales@shejakimart.com with your order number.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or scanned as delivered by the shipping carrier.
