Warranty and Responsibility Policy for Personalized Products
At Shejakimart, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every personalized product. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
GENERAL TERMS
This document outlines the warranty and responsibility policy applicable to all personalized products sold by our company, including but not limited to mugs, t-shirts, tumblers, puzzles, coasters, and challah covers. By placing an order through our platform, the client expressly agrees to all terms and conditions described herein.
IMAGE AND CONTENT POLICY
We do not customize products with images or messages that:

Are pornographic or sexually explicit,
 - 
Contain discriminatory, defamatory, or hate speech,
 - 
Promote political ideologies intended to attack any group, party, or organization.
 
Customers are fully responsible for the content, texts, and images they submit. We do not verify ownership or copyrights of submitted images. Any legal consequences derived from the use of such content will fall exclusively on the customer or entity that placed the order.
ERRORS IN CUSTOMIZATION

If an error occurs due to our team (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect placement, or mismatched designs), we will offer an immediate replacement or a full refund.

If the error is a result of the customer's input (wrong name, misspelled text, incorrect image), and the item has already been produced, we cannot accept returns or refunds, as it is a customized item made to order.
 
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARRANTY
A. MUGS

Covered: Cracks, printing issues, or ceramic damage within 15 days
 - 
Not Covered: Text/image errors caused by client input or damage from dishwasher/microwave (unless labeled as safe).
 
B. T-SHIRTS
- 
Covered: Fabric tears or manufacturing defects within 15 days
 - 
Not Covered: Incorrect sizing selected by the customer or normal wear and tear.
 
C. TUMBLERS
- 
Covered: Lid seal issues, leaks, or printing defects for 15 days
 - 
Not Covered: Damage from falls or improper cleaning; only corrected if our printing error.
 
D. PUZZLES
- 
Covered: Missing or damaged pieces on delivery.
 - 
Not Covered: Incorrect text or image submitted by the customer.
 
E. COASTERS
- 
Covered: Cracks, unfinished edges, or material defects within 15 days
 - 
Not Covered: Customization issues not caused by our team.
 
F. CHALLAH COVERS
- 
Covered: Material flaws or stitching errors within 15 days
 - 
Not Covered: Stains or tears in the material caused by customer misuse.
 
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or reputation, stemming from the use or misuse of our personalized products.
