Warranty and Customization Policy
At Shejakim Art LLC, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every personalized product. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.
GENERAL TERMS
This document outlines the warranty and responsibility policy applicable to all personalized and selected products sold by our company, including but not limited to mugs, t-shirts, tumblers, wooden puzzles for children, coasters, and challah covers.
By placing an order through our platform, the customer expressly agrees to all terms and conditions described herein.
IMAGE AND CONTENT POLICY
We do not customize products with images or messages that:

Are pornographic or sexually explicit

Contain discriminatory, defamatory, or hate speech

Promote political ideologies intended to attack any group, party, or organization
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the content, texts, and images they submit comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
We do not independently verify ownership or copyrights of submitted content.
ERRORS IN CUSTOMIZATION
If an error occurs due to our team (for example, spelling mistakes, incorrect placement, or mismatched designs), we will offer an immediate replacement or a full refund.
If the error is the result of the customer's input (incorrect text, misspelled names, or incorrect images), and the item has already entered production, returns or refunds cannot be accepted, as the product is custom-made.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARRANTY
All warranties listed below apply only to manufacturing defects and do not constitute a general return policy.
Return conditions are governed separately under our Refund Policy.
A. MUGS
Covered: Cracks, printing issues, or ceramic damage reported within 30 days of delivery.
Not Covered: Errors caused by customer input or damage from improper use (for example, dishwasher or microwave use unless explicitly labeled safe).
B. T-SHIRTS
Covered: Fabric tears or manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery.
Not Covered: Incorrect sizing selected by the customer or normal wear and tear.
C. TUMBLERS
Covered: Lid seal issues, leaks, or printing defects reported within 30 days of delivery.
Not Covered: Damage caused by drops, misuse, or improper cleaning.
D. WOODEN PUZZLES FOR CHILDREN
Covered: Missing or damaged pieces reported upon delivery.
Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or incorrect customization submitted by the customer (if applicable).
E. COASTERS
Covered: Cracks, unfinished edges, or material defects reported within 30 days of delivery.
Not Covered: Customization issues not caused by our team.
F. CHALLAH COVERS
Covered: Material flaws or stitching errors reported within 30 days of delivery.
Not Covered: Stains, tears, or damage caused by customer misuse.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or reputation, arising from the use or misuse of our products.
