Refund Policy
GENERAL TERMS
This policy outlines the terms related to returns, refunds, and cancellations for all products purchased from our store.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
Many of our products are made to order and/or personalized. Returns for personalized items are accepted only in cases of production error or damage during delivery.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@shejakimart.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review your case and may offer a replacement at no cost or a full refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Non-personalized products:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
Returns are free within the United States.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Personalized products:
Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, they can only be returned if there is a production error or if the item arrives damaged.
If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund.
HOW TO START A RETURN

We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label (when applicable).

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned item.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once a personalized item enters production, cancellation may not be possible.
LOST PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
